Ingredients:-
½ kg. or 4 Raw Mangoes (Totaapuri)
1 tsp. Salt
Water
½ kg. Sugar
Strands of Saffron
3-4 Clove Pods
Method:-
- In a saucepan add raw mangoes, water and salt. Cover with a lid and let it cook until steam arises.
- Add sugar, saffron and clove pods and mix it well until the raw mangoes become translucent.
- Turn the flame off and let the Muramba cool down to room temperature.
Sweet and sour Raw Mango Muramba is ready to serve!
